UK Certification 15 | UK RRP £19.99 | DVD Region 2 | Runtime 227 minutes
Two more old VHS tapes have now hit the DVD scene as WWE Tagged Classics: US Rampage '91 and '92 have arrived in a double-disc set featuring a number of Hulk Hogan-free matches, segments and interviews from yesteryear, all of which make up these compilation-style “shows”, as opposed to UK Rampage, which was an actual event.

Hosted by Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, Sean Mooney and the late Gorilla Monsoon, US Rampage '91 takes place on a golf course. Okay, it doesn't, it largely takes place in the ring, but there are a number of comedy skits involving the hosts that are set on a golf course. They're pretty bad, yet fun, and watching Heenan's schtick never gets old. A bit like watching Mr. Perfect wrestle, as he does in the solid opening contest against The British Bulldog for the Intercontinental Title, which is also just about the strongest bout you'll find on this particular card.

US Rampage '92 ???
While US Rampage '91 is headlined by The Ultimate Warrior and The Undertaker standing at opposite sides of the ring and going head-to-head, US Rampage '92 sees them aligning in a rare tag team showing that is exclusive to this release. What is not as surprising as the competitors in the match, however, is its quality, and the same can be said for the disc as a whole, which rocks back and forth for better or worse. For instance, here we have a great championship clash between Shawn Michaels with Sensational Sherri in his corner and Bret “The Hitman” Hart, and a sluggish, not-so-good, too-many-wrestlers-in-the-damn-ring Battle Royal comprised of 40 Superstars. And aside from Sean Mooney's Wild West stunt show skits separating the action in place of golf course antics, this time round we have a goofy-hilarious tour of Paul Bearer's home and Superstar trivia tests.
